How she’s multiplying good: She is One in a Million. Charnelle has been a front line employee at Christiana Hospital for over 15 years. She is a registered nurse working in the Operating room daily. She also wears a superwoman cape at home as a wife and mother of 3 children. Even her off time is dedicated to extra curricular for the children. She gives 1000 percent to others at all times. She recently orchestrated choreography for the staff and the video went viral. This helped boost moral during the Covid crisis.
